@BowTiedBroke Bullseye. A few years ago I was contemplating buying some Colorado property. My mom asked what I was going to do with it. It was going to be recreational and hunting for our family. But my response was “Don’t know, maybe sit in a log and stare at the mountains.”

@dig_deeper1 Not only is it a good idea to have them buy it, but also a good idea to have them list you as an additional insured on the policy.

They’re covered on their policy, you’re covered under yours and theirs, and you get notified if it lapses.

It’s stupid cheap for basic coverage.

I see lots of reactions to the non-compete ruling today. People say they spent time and money training now they can leave.

What was it Henry Ford said? “The only thing worse than training them and they leave is if we don’t train them and they stay.” Or something like that.

@dig_deeper1 I've had that exact grill. Really enjoyed the versatility. Also had charcoal, propane, natural gas and Traeger. My favorite by far is my Traeger. Gets hot enough to grill, plus roast and smoke low and slow.
