@ClevelandMomma Or when you are holding your kid and feel something dripping on your leg. (NEVER a good thing) Turns our it isn’t the kid leaking from his diaper, it is you! ...after you soaked through your bra...
@ClevelandMomma Nothing like getting the little one to sleep and getting up to hear hubby ask, “Are you leaking?!”
And then realize why your boob felt so wet...
Me washing bottles after pumping.
Hubby: Why are you still up?
Me: I’m not done yet.
H: sighs. walks by diapers to go to LOs room
I put diapers away
skip PT exercises
move dog toys
go to the bathroom
find 2 pieces of TP
go get TP
brush teeth
change to pjs
Now I can go to bed.
Overheard on Hubby’s conference call: “Sorry I got distracted, can you repeat...”
Me: More like you fell asleep!
Now to go nap while being lulled by the digital presentation in the other room.
Things nobody tells you...
When you're holding your kid and you feel something dripping on your leg you will panic!
Turns out it wasn't coming from the kid... it was my boob. Guess it is time to pump...#momlife#exclusivelypumping#breastfeeding#breastmilk
it is the human’s first time trying to change the world. and they are exhausted. so while they rest for a little bit. i have stolen their sign. and will trot proudly around the house with it. until they are ready. to fight again
@ForbesBetter Then moms mix frozen milk with the fresh for when they have to dig into their freezer stash. The pitcher method allows for easy mixing so an exact bottle amount per bag isn’t needed. After calculating how much of a stash I want😳 every bag is getting 6 oz if I can. Need space!
@ForbesBetter Pitcher method is all pumped milk is combined through the day in a pitcher then at night put into bottles for the next day and the rest frozen. I create the next bottle and the rest goes into the container (a blender bottle lol) and at night I freeze the left over.
@ForbesBetter We went to the store and post office yesterday and he got hungry. I decided to try nursing instead of the bottle and it worked! So we have nursed a few more times.
Still pumping and it has increased my supply so far!
