Had reflexology @CancerHelpLtd this morning. If you’re diagnosed with cancer, you can access a number of free sessions. Vicky was amazing, worked wonders on trying to re-establish balance in my digestive system and help me ‘switch off’ the worry for a while. Bliss. Fab resource.
