@doctorow Background: All major email providers (including gmail) will downgrade your domain reputation if you don't have email authentication configured (SPF/DKIM & DMARC). Easy to add and even easier to get wrong!

@ReadingCouncil Trying today takes me to this page - no link to an online booking form. If you have suspended booking then you really need to put that on the RE3 website.

@ReadingCouncil just tried to book a slot for smallmead and I can’t book anything - it tells me to come back tomorrow. This is a crazy system. I should be able to book the next available slot even if it’s a weeks time! Also why book anyway, social distancing is easy at smallmead!
