nigeria produces these conditions and nigerians as we do so well adapts to them.

a lecturer extorting students is a problem, but so is an educational system where lecturers can operate with little accountability and students have no protection. we’re living in a country where institutions meant to enforce the law are themselves poorly funded and compromised.
