@ChiliSleep Bought ooler 8/2020. In for repair 1/2021. Back in for same issue 7/2021 after not being able to use it. You returned it 8/8/21 and it wouldn't turn on and error code F2. No response from customer service. Is this a lemon or are your products unreliable?
