I think AI currently has lower efficiency than traditional rockets and we/someone like @elonmusk needs to solve for higher energy efficiency of AI.

Thus, if the energy efficiency of AI is solved,
AI will be the new bicycle of the mind.

We can get good smartphones in India with enough ram and space to host a simple web server. Is it worth it though? Maybe not, but would love to tinker around it.
