@ABC7 I was on 210 fwy yesterday, took me hours. Very sad. Saw the 2 vans. Immediately prayed for all involved. That truck cracked/broke concrete median, by evening they had drilled metal to fill gap. Traffic was halted on both sides. Traffic was allowed to Uturn to get off fwy. Sad
