This is a very short video of the accommodation provided to my parents. @airfrance, how is this acceptable? This has no mattress and not even a BATHROOM!

@airfrance @AirFranceCA @AirFranceFR My diabetic parents r flyin with ur airline to Canada. Vegetarian meals were pre-booked — yet they were served eggs. This isn’t a mistake, it’s negligence. Is this ur service standard? Hurting religious sentiments is unacceptable @AnneRigail

@AmazonHelp @Dhvaneel5 look at the response I got. Even though I clearly said that my issue is "failed delivery", they interpreted it as missing item. I don't think Amazon has Custom Service team is skilled enough to understnad the issue. Hope you get your issue of missing item resolved soon

My wife ordered 2 saris clubbed in 1 order from @amazonIN, bt gt nly 1 sari inside it that too a wrong prdct, while other sari was missing. Wen I complained 2 cust service dey said dat dey do xray scan 2 see if der is ny product missing. It's like a thief doing an invstigation

@amazon's Customer Service in India is a joke. In a single chat session, I keep getting transferred 5-6 times and with my issue still being unresolved.
I placed order thrice and all 3 times, the order got cancelled after 1 week. Never buying any gifts from there ever again. BAD.

Etihad Airways at Toronto CLEARLY mentioned that I can carry 10kgs in cabin as a silver member from India to Canada. Indian airports are not honoring that word. Total mismanagement from the airport. This is extremely poor service. Threw my stuff. Disappointed.

The toll at Dahisar highway double charged me. They claimed that my FastTag was not working and asked cash. I payed because there was traffic and I did not know my exact balance. On checking later I found that I have 20x more than required balance. Please help!
