@NickHarrisin10 @Tesco My order cancelled too, as someone who works in tech I have sympathy for the people who are going to get it in the neck over this, but long and short of it is that these kinds of screw ups start and end with management, and usually for not funding the tech teams correctly.

@bestselfco had one of the scam emails too, checked headers, didn't look too deeply but looks like it came from a similar IP address to a previous email that passed SPF confirmation, you might want to check either your email platform or your DNS records
