For every RT of this tweet &/or new follower from now until midnight EST tonight we will donate $0.05 to @TBDBITL scholarship fund. Their goal is to get every band member on scholarship. Hopefully this is the beginning of a national movement to support band members. Ready. GO!
@OSUItalianFilm Angela shows the mafia from a women's perspective. Even though she is treated poorly and it doesn't end well for her it is still interesting to see things through her eyes
@OSUItalianFilm I found the rapid editing very captivating as the scene would take the viewer between the murders seamlessly while the characters appeared to be oblivious to what was going on
@OSUItalianFilm I found college the most interesting because we it is the first time we find Tony in danger. We also see how his daughter reacts to his real profession
@OSUItalianFilm I did not understand most of Angela's emotions. She seemed to get almost everything she wanted from Saro but she still chased after Massino. Everyone wanted her and it seemed to overwhelm her
@OSUItalianFilm When Angela is cleaning up the blood we can see that she has no choice in her life and is forced to do what she is told. She just has an allusion of freedom by being allowed to work
@OSUItalianFilm I would say Connie in GFII is comparable to Teresa because of how dependent she is. There is an obvious broken relationship between those girls and the main character but they are still dependent of each other despite their issues
@OSUItalianFilm The mafioso in Mean Streets was represented as a much less respected organization. Things were not handled as prestibely as they we re in the Godfather and I just seemed loser in general
@OSUItalianFilm I found Tom to be am average guy. You can see how he is concerned with his family's safety when confronted about the las Vegas move by Michael. I think Tom is just trying to get by in the world
@OSUItalianFilm Michael is a lot more concerned about his Family than his father was. Michael even killed family members to keep the Family running which is a thing I believe Vito would never do
@OSUItalianFilm The mafia in the Godfather has a sense of morals and is respected but in Placido Rizzotto the mafia is feared and hated for how they treat the townspeople
@OSUItalianFilm I feel that Fabrizio represent the people of Sicily well. He is from the older time and understands the traditions of the people. He doesn't show concern of the fighting going on because he is sure that Italy will just return to its old state and continue on as usual
@OSUItalianFilm When Michael was with Kap he wanted nothing to do with the mafia. She was reserved and innocent and he wanted to keep her that way. Maybe she has the ability to influence him back to when he was disconnected from that life and allow him be more morally guided about what he does
