I had to say No to someone this morning and it took a whole lot. I always feel
bad not because It’s difficult to be honest but mainly because I really care about their feelings😭😭😭

One of the hardest things I’ve had to do as a choir director is to say No to people who audition to join the choir. 😭😭
It’s hard because some of these guys probably just want to join a unit in church were they can serve but they don’t have basic requirements needed. #Thread
