🚨 BREAKING: BIG WIN IN PA - JUDGE ALLOWS AMERICA PAC $1 MILLION GIVEAWAY TO CONTINUE

A Pennsylvania judge decided not to stop Elon's $1 million giveaway for voters, defeating a Democratic-led attempt to block one of the largest “get out the vote” campaigns in U.S. history.

Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner tried to stop the giveaway, calling it an “illegal lottery,” but @elonmusk's team argued it promotes free speech and voter engagement.

The case is now on hold and will head to federal court, likely after Election Day.

@USA_Polling Harris's best pollsters also outperform the averages by 3-5%, so the most likely outcome is that the balance is tipped.

@USA_Polling I haven't seen anybody mention this yet. Trump's best pollsters in 2016 & 2020 outperformed the averages by almost double digits (although they were the most accurate!), while they don't seem as detached in 2024.
I expect polling to be historically right this season.
