Turned in the last of my edits for PENNIES. Still have copyedits and whatnot but I'm basically done with these girls. Mae, Lark, Claret, and Brigid built a fort right in the middle of my heart. Hope young readers love them, too.

It is more important to look at why Trump was allowed to run, after committing sedition and a number of other crimes to which he confessed, than why he was able to win.
Today I am doing my best to focus on the thousands upon thousands of people who have been mobilizing and advocating and educating and assisting and protesting and demanding a better future. There is so much love and kindness in those acts. The helpers exist. Let’s keep fighting.
