GCSE Results Day. It's a tense moment for 17-year-old Alex. But thanks to a small grant from @AshfordCouncil, we supplied laptops to some of our tutors which enabled a small group of young people like Alex to complete their studies and get into college. Here's what happened.
Young people have many reasons for being out of school. @GavinWilliamson Anyone under 18 should be able to access core subject exams for free. It's an unnecessary barrier to further education for chronic or clinically ill, bullied, studying at their own pace despite disabilities.
We're encouraging parents and guardians to call us urgently if they are interested in enrolling their children on a GCSE or KS3 course. Kent Education Centre also offers additional subjects too. Don't delay and get in touch with us today! ๐โ๏ธ

2020 had some rough moments, but we've come out even stronger. Our virtual office remains in Ashford, but our premises is now in Folkestone, in partnership with an SME. Our post-COVID business might look a little different, but we survived and that's good enough for now. ๐
Here is a lively rendition of #Bachโs Gavottes from Cello Suite #6, arrangred for #piano by Joachim Raff. He takes it up an octave and adds harmony - sounds like a mvt from the Orchestral Suites. Hope you enjoy todayโs #MondayMorningBach! ๐น๐ถ๐

These few words... 'Weโre going to fund your project...Weโre so happy to tell you we really liked your application to the Coronavirus Community Support Fund...', really meant a lot. Thank you @TNLComFund and @DCMS Wonderful things will come from that funding.
This is a time for contemporary artists to reflect on things happening in the world around us so future generations know what life was like when we were here.
It's GOOD people are talking about ART and engaging with ART in public spaces. It's GOOD that new work for visual artists is on the near horizon, because COVID-19 decimated the arts. It's GOOD that museums will be busy preserving things from the past for the future. It's ALL good
