In honor of the anniversary of the Battle of Midway, I toured the National War World II Museum here in New Orleans today.
I spent two hours in the museum and probably saw around 25% of the place. I definitely need to come back sometime when I have more time.

Hanging out in old town New Orleans for the day. Had some street tacos that were pretty awesome, this perfect creole gumbo, and a half dozen charbroiled oysters so far.

The whole trail was mine today until I got closer in. Dumb muscle memory got me four miles out and back with a few nice switchbacks. It felt good to stretch the legs.
