@jayhemz Spot on John. Unfortunately we see these things before our very eyes everyday.
The Masons
Michelle Lemi x R!ck Ow3ns
The Illum!nat!
Etc
These are the few ones before our eyes. But they've so much been normalized and garnished to twist & misdirect the average person.

A few weeks ago, someone reached out to me for a web and mobile app design gig. I told him my rate, $4,000. He agreed immediately. No negotiating, nothing. Looking back, that was the first red flag.
He asked what payment options I accept. I gave him all the options. He said he wanted to pay with crypto. Second red flag, but I still continued.
We agreed to have a meeting. He said he would send a Google Meet link himself.
He sent it. I opened it from my phone. It brought up an error screen saying “Google Meet is not supported on this device” and that I needed a desktop or laptop browser.
So he said I should try joining the meeting with my laptop, and I told him I was away from my laptop and could only try from my phone at that moment.
That’s when he said he had to go pick up his daughter from daycare, and that we should try again once I was close to my laptop.
Someone who scheduled a meeting with me, suddenly had to leave for daycare. I didn’t think much of it at the time.
When he came back, I told him I tried the link on my laptop and got the same error. But I didn’t do that , I just wanted to hear what he would say .
That’s when he told me to try using a VPN.
Since when do you need a VPN to join a Google Meet call? That’s not normal, that’s not how Google Meet works. That was the moment I knew for sure I was dealing with a scammer.
I checked the actual link he sent me. It was a lookalike domain, made to look exactly like Google Meet, built to steal your Google account the moment you try to log in on a laptop.
Designers, freelancers, agencies, they are targeting us, so be very careful out there while job hunting.
Stay watchful .
I have a theory that Nigerian elders are covertly hellbent on destroying the futures of the younger generation with irrelevancies by just promoting activity without productivity.
Because tell me how you're 60+ years old and your contribution to the Nation is to say young graduates should come and learn to code in 6 weeks NYSC camp.
What's really wrong with that generation?
I tried everything to get clients early on.
Cold outreach. DMs. Sent tailored pitches sent to prospect at 2am hoping someone would give me a chance.
Nobody replied.
And the ones who did? Ghosted after seeing my rates.
I knew I was talented but sitting alone at my desk watching every message getting ghosted made me question everything and I started wondering whether this will even work.
But I kept going. And I made one decision that changed everything.
I decided to start posting across platforms, Posted consistently. Shared my process. Stopped hiding behind perfectionism and just put my work out there.
And whenever I landed a client, I treated it like the most important project I'd ever worked on. Made the process smooth. Stress free. Worth every penny they spent.
The referrals came on their own. Because I actually cared about their results, not just their invoice.
But the REAL unlock?
I stopped designing for aesthetics and started designing to get my clients real, measurable results.
Because here's what nobody tells you early on:
Your clients don't wake up thinking about aesthetics.
They think about revenue, recognition and growth. They want a brand that actually moves, without the endless back and forth that makes the whole process exhausting.
The moment I started obsessing over what a brand needed to ACHIEVE instead of just how it looked, everything changed.
Better clients. Better pay. Better results.
That shifts the whole game.
If you're a designer out there struggling to get clients
Stop trying to be the most talented person in the room. Start being the most actionable one.
That's what changes everything.
I don't understand paying taxes that have no effect on the life of the citizens.
90 % of Nigerians are poor.
IM fuckin F, Do you want poverty taxes???
I have never benefited from Nigeria. But you want my money. 💔💔
The industry keeps telling young designers to “learn AI or get left behind.”
How about:
• learn color theory.
• learn typography.
• learn how to present your work.
• learn to take feedback without dying inside.😁
CEOs are quietly realizing the AI replacement plan has a problem.
Two problems, actually.
One: the token costs for running AI agents are now exceeding what they were paying the employees they fired.
Two: when the tokens run out, the AI stops. Just stops. No continuity. No workaround. Just a spinning wheel where your workforce used to be.
You fired humans to save money and bought a subscription that bills you into a corner.
The employees you let go knew what to do when things broke.
The AI just invoices you for the outage.
And then there’s the permission problem nobody wants to talk about.
To do its job, the AI agent needs access. Full access. Your systems, your patents, your contracts, your future plans. Everything you spent years building, handed over to a process that has no loyalty, no discretion, and no skin in the game.
You didn’t hire a replacement.
You gave a stranger with no soul the keys to everything you own.
Enjoy.
I genuinely pity Nigerian youths man. Your life and future is being treated with negligence and scorn, people will tell you stories of a Nigeria previously far better than what you are currently experiencing.
Your mates, children of politicians who do not do half your work are shielded from the consequences of bad governance but you are still here claiming you support APC. You literally witnessed the sharp rise in the cost of living and the free fall of quality of living and yet…
Are you people cursed ?
If you start today
In 2 weeks
You will feel better
In 1 month
You will start seeing changes
In 2 months
Your friends and relatives will notice
In 3-4 months
Everyone will start seeing the changes
And ask how did you do it
In 5-6 months
Everyone will start seeing you as a leader
They will start coming to you for help regarding your skills
And you will start charging them for your time
For the sacrifice you made in the past 6 months
So would you start today?
It's quite unfortunate that our generation is gradually beginning to make the same mistakes the previous generations did, it's really heartbreaking man. Zero accountability and support for the wrong side of things
Interestingly, there are young people on twitter who would give you a harsh scolding should you point out the failings and mediocrity of the present Osun State Government.
It's deeply deeply heartbreaking that even the younger ones cannot effectively dream dreams.
Sad!

A lot of products don’t have a usability problem.
They have a restraint problem.
Too many features.
Too many decisions.
Too many things competing for attention.
