Day 1 of building DraftScreens in public.

Every AI builder spits out the same app, purple gradients, Inter, identical cards. "AI-generated" has become a design insult.

So I'm building the design layer that doesn't. One prompt → a real mobile screen, in a real design language.

Was away from X for past few days and got to learn a LIFETIME lesson.

You have to be active daily for it to work. I stopped from August 24 and it started dropping.

I have built 100s of Web Apps in past few years. From Today I started mobile development with React Native.

I can tell it's a lot more tough then creating Web Apps.

Even with AI, you need certain knowledge. I am uisng Claude Code but still scratching my head around.

He has 20+ years of driving experience. I have less than 2.

Today, I outran him.

He was proud. I was prouder.

Day 6 of building DraftScreens in public

Shipped the visual editor.

Every AI design tool makes you re-prompt for a 4px fix, and you lose the screen you liked. Now you just click the thing and change it. Double-click text to rewrite it, drag to move, resize with handles, hold ⌥ to see the gaps.
