Owned less than 6 mos and my Hermès @Apple watch died...after being mis-diagnosed for same prob 1 month ago. Customer service reps are rehearsed and have zero power due to ‘policy’...this is a known issue w/these devices. Disappointing. This is my last purchase.

@TamarHaspel This is so true for so many families...I feel SO lucky that mine has always delighted in my efforts in the kitchen. My adult daughter still loves coming home to eat anything I’ve made for dinner. My joy in cooking is absolutely fueled in such a big way by their appreciation.
