As someone running a private limited company, my daily commute and business operations are severely impacted by this downtime. If my car is not fully repaired and delivered by Monday, I demand an alternative courtesy vehicle or full reimbursement for my cab expenses. (3/3)

The car was in an accident on July 6. SAB Motors delayed the pickup by a week, ignored my texts, and then had the sheer audacity to ask ME to sign a letter stating the delay was "my fault" so they wouldn't get in trouble with the insurance surveyor. Unethical and awful. (2/3)
