@Uber_Col I need a human to review my ride. My driver dropped me off at my destination and decided to not end the trip. I did not notice until you guys sent me a safety alert. And now I was charged 5x the amount and the review system is using canned responses.

@MySamsonite My Samsonite Octolite suitcase handle collapsed at the airport due to poor manufacturing. They won’t repair or replace it—not even at cost. Instead, they offered a pricier suitcase with a 30% discount. Unacceptable.

@Delta cancelling the JFK BOG route a second time is starting to get annoying. Without this route or LATAM codeshare to Colombia from NYC that's 1 stop or less than 12 hours with connections makes continued loyalty moot. I hit diamond again for 2025 but will no longer fly Delta.

@Delta 3 Years as a #DiamondMedallion and i only received one set of Diamond Steel Tags. I hate to say it but on my last #DL253 flight my tag was ripped off and I now have no more tags. Can you send me replacements?

@LifeMiles submitted missing miles ona flights have flown as a diamond lifemiles. And being told to wait 20 business days (over a month) for it to possibly post. That is absurd.

Due to the constant devaluation of the Skymiles program. I have started my transition to another airline. I should hit diamond with Avianca this year as I have already cancelled my flights with @Delta as there is no reason to pursue #DiamondMedallion for me anymore.
