The community garden at our Liddy Center gives our ladies hands on experience in agribusiness, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to both run profitable businesses growing and selling fruits and vegetables and cultivate nutritious foods for their families.

We are so thrilled to introduce you to Kula's newest family member, Amanda! Amanda is coming to the team as our Director of Coffee and will lead our organization through our coffee program expansion. We couldn't be more excited or grateful to have her!

Through the renovation of our washing station in the West, not only are we working towards providing a place for an entire community to sell their coffee after three years of not being paid for their harvest, we've also hired over 100 people in the process!

This is a coffee tree seedling. It may not look like much right now, but someday, it will produce life-changing income for our farmers and their families for up to thirty years.

Our trainings are conducted in small groups that stick together throughout the Fellowship, establshing strong communal networks of entrepreneurs who want to see themselves and their neighbors to thrive.

We are committed to empowering coffee communities in Rwanda and involving them in the process from start to finish.

Through our female reproductive health & hygiene training, our ladies learn the importance of family planning, understanding the female menstrual cycle & hygienic ways of caring for yourself throughout it. That way, they can focus their attention on working toward their dreams.

In response to the renovation of our washing station, our team member told us that "many coffee farmers have started taking care of their coffee trees, for those who still have them, and those who had uprooted theirs are now asking how to get seedlings and start from scratch."
