Not only is this not at all what she said. It ruins the joke of her speach pattern. She's speaking *competent* Japanese with a hilariously broken non-native accent.

She DOESN'T say "人は見かけによらぬもの" or similar which would be the "don't judge a book by it's cover' the whole gun thing is completely made up and a bad joke by a shitty translator who wanted to add their own HILARIOUS humor.

Same with the "founding fathers" line. It's not there. Made up.
Same with the "constitution" line. It's made up.
Same with the next line about "market place of ideas"
Same with the "fact checking" line
Same with the "freedom of speech" line.

Also she doesn't say her english is "nonsensical" she says "how can you be this terrible at english??"
