Step back into Macy’s 1987 Thanksgiving Day Parade, when Marvel unleashed one of the most unbelievably bonkers floats ever created.

The Marvel Universe Float rolled through NYC looking like Doctor Doom’s steampunk fortress — complete with giant gears, chains, iron panels, and smoke machines. Onboard:
