Odds to Win Championship
During regionals, the #1, #2, #7, and #9 teams in PEAR's odds all went down.
Georgia overtakes as the favorite to win the National Championship. North Carolina with higghest odds to reach the Finals. Alabama with the highest odds to reach Omaha.
College baseball is the last true college sport…
Baseball is such a beautiful game. Football and basketball have now just become a Portal/NIL determined world. Just go pay for a roster and you’ll win.
Here’s a list of the teams in the Super Regionals. Several of these schools barely have any NIL and aren’t getting Paul Skenes in the Portal:
Cal Poly vs. West Virginia
Little Rock vs. Troy
Southern Cal vs. North Carolina
Ole Miss vs. Auburn
OU vs. Kansas
St. John’s vs. Alabama
Oregon vs. Texas
Mississippi State vs. Georgia
Drew Burress is an incredible young man.
He lifts up his teammates. He leads by example. He gives max effort on every play.
It has been a pleasure watching him for the past two years.
This video says a ton about his character.
Learn from a Hitter Who Hit .328 with 22 HR in the SEC
1. Gathers down and back without getting stuck back
2. Loads forward and downhill without getting jumpy forward
3. Initiates his launch move behind the ball like great hitters do
I use his swing with many hitters I work with and evaluate.
Most hitters need a very similar load pattern
Also notice, how he stays down hill with his head and front side as he gathers and strides, doesn't work uphill
This allows him to stay consistent, on the ball and quick reactionary.
> Save this for when you need it
> Send it to a hitter who needs it

I wanted to give one last tip of the cap to Clayton Freshcorn. He had one of the best seasons as a relief pitcher that I can remember at Texas A&M.
He finished tied for 4th most saves in a single season at A&M with 12 and tied for 6th most career saves at A&M with 14!
Lastly, we all know how he laid it all on the line last night to give this team a chance
If his time at A&M is over, which I presume it is, he had a helluva career here and will be missed!
