RIP sis 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️ I will love you to the end of time
My family and I just went through the worst day of our lives. We appreciate all the support and love.
That being said, at this time, our family and her fiancé are not collecting monetary donations. Any online donation pages are not endorsed by our family.
Thank you for your well wishes and understanding.

🌧️ DON’T UNDERESTIMATE THE STORM.
Southern California may not be known for hurricanes, but Tropical Storm EL Nino reminded us that tropical weather can bring serious hazards to Los Angeles County.
Heavy rainfall can quickly lead to flash flooding, mud and debris flows, rockslides, dangerous road conditions, downed trees and power outages.
Know your risk. Know your plan.
✔️ Prepare your emergency supplies
✔️ Secure loose outdoor items
✔️ Charge your phones and backup batteries
✔️ Know your evacuation routes
✔️ Monitor official weather and emergency information
✔️ Sign up for Alert LA County
🌧️ WHO SHOULD BE ESPECIALLY PREPARED?
If you live near a river, creek, wash, drainage channel, low-lying area, mountain or recently burned hillside, you may be at greater risk.
But remember — flooding and dangerous road conditions can affect areas far beyond traditional flood zones.
BEFORE THE STORM:
✔️ Clear leaves and debris from gutters and storm drains around your property.
✔️ Bring outdoor furniture, decorations and loose items inside.
✔️ Check your vehicle’s tires, brakes and windshield wipers.
✔️ Charge your phones and backup batteries.
✔️ Have flashlights, batteries, food, water and medications available.
✔️ Know multiple routes out of your neighborhood.
✔️ Make sure you can receive emergency alerts.
✔️ Check on family members, neighbors and anyone who may need additional assistance.
✔️ Don’t forget your pets.
DURING THE STORM:
⚠️ TURN AROUND. DON’T DROWN.
Never drive or walk through moving or flooded water.
Just 6 inches of moving water can knock an adult off their feet, and deeper water can sweep away vehicles.
🚫 Never drive around barricades.
🌊 Stay away from rivers, washes, creeks, flood-control channels and areas experiencing flooding.
🏔️ Stay alert for mud and debris flows, especially near recently burned areas.
📱 Monitor official emergency alerts and weather information.
If you’re told to evacuate — don’t wait. Leave when instructed.
A storm can change conditions in minutes. Don’t wait until the water is rising to make a plan.
🌊 Never drive or walk through moving water.
TURN AROUND. DON’T DROWN.
Prepare now. Stay informed. Stay safe.

I met Dolly Parton when Berlin played on an NBC TV show she also appeared on called “Live and In Person” in September 1983. She came into our green room before the taping and I’ll say completely honestly (because she always enjoyed a laugh about this more than anyone), the first shock to me was her “top half.” She’s tiny like me and as she walked toward me, I almost couldn’t see her behind those babies. WHOA!!!! Then EVEN MORE WHOA, her immediate warmth to me and my band, reaching out her hand, saying she loved our music and leaving with “I’ll see you on the charts!” She didn’t have to do any of that. She was a mega-star. Even MORE brilliant was this loving, kind-hearted person you never forget.
And what a songwriter! WOW!
Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to die, ever. They give so much just by their presence that we need. I guess Dolly needed some rest after all those gifts she left us with. Thank you so much, Goddess. You rest in peace now 💚
MARQUIS at the Roxy on Sunset Strip “TIM”. Lou Adler brought Tim Curry and Richard O’Brien from the production of the Rocky Horror Show to West Hollywood in 1974. Then that became the ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW at both the Roxy and the Tiffany Theater. Thank you Tim for creating the space that allowed me and thousands to find our footing to@come out. BE JUST AND FEAR NOT. DON’T DREAM IT - BE IT. West Hollywood mourns for one of its content and cultural creators ! #westhollywood #weho #rockyhorrorpictureshow #rockyhorror #timcurry
Working with Dolly on “Home Sweet Home” was one of the true highlights of our career. We can still hear her voice saying, “Well, how about that, Dolly and Mötley at #1?”
Thank you for the music, the laughter, the kindness and the inspiration, Dolly.
Our deepest condolences to her family, friends, and fans around the world.
With love and respect,
Mötley Crüe
Flashback to August 2012 in West Hollywood!
Stopped by the Skybar at the Mondrian to kick off the Sunset Strip Music Festival. That whole weekend was a trip - they honored the band for our history along the Strip, right where it all started for us at the Whisky back in the day.

My friend, Ben Steinberg, who’s been updating us daily regarding the Cinerama Dome’s fate & future just informed me that the Dome is lit up tonight. What a beautiful sight! I’m not sure if it’s for a movie or maybe a lighting test. Earlier today the LA TIMES announced that Sony Pictures might be interested in reopening it. And now this!
Follow @SaveYourCinema Dome Facebook page for updates!
EXCLUSIVE: There’s some serious buzz in town that Sony is about to resuscitate the Cinerama Dome and Hollywood Arclight multiplex which has been shuttered since Covid 2020.
The Culver City lot is currently in talks, we hear, with the Robertson Property Group on lease to reopen the historical cinema venue.

"Squad Fifty-One, this is Rampart…”
The #LACoFD is saddened to hear that our dear friend, Randolph Mantooth passed away yesterday.
Best known for portraying FFPM Johnny Gage in the iconic 1970s television series #Emergency, his character was an integral part of #Squad51, helping to popularize the paramedic and EMS system across the U.S.
Randy was a great friend and supporter of our Department and Fire Museum. He will be truly missed but his memory and legacy will live on in our hearts and in our paramedic program.

Jay Leno's assessment of 83-year-old Joe Biden after spending a day driving through the Angeles National Forest in a 1967 Corvette Stingray: "He was very sharp. I thought maybe I would have to talk in a slower voice. But no, we just talked, and he was funny, and just making jokes. It was the old Joe again."
They stopped at a Handel's in La Cañada Flintridge. Biden surprised some kids waiting for ice cream. Shook every hand. Paid for a number of the kids' cones himself.
"Every handshake is worth 250 votes," Leno said. "Just congenial. Just a nice guy."
Meanwhile on the same Sunday, the current president was watching men in a cage fight each other on the South Lawn while a fighter grabbed the White House microphone to shout a conspiracy theory about Michelle Obama and another thanked him personally for making it possible.
Two men. Two Sundays. One country trying to figure out what it wants to be.
Biden talked about Beau. About NATO. About national parks. About the value of apprenticeships and the programs being cut that create them. Then he got chocolate chip.
Sometimes the contrast does all the work.
Dear Los Angeles,
See what's going on in Garden
Grove? This is the type of crisis
situation mayors (and governors) have to deal with.
It's very serious, and requires an understanding of how to work with authorities and the ability to make informed decisions quickly - because people's lives are at stake.
Sure, it's Orange County.
But LA is always one earthquake, one terror attack, one violent riot, or one uncontained wildfire away from the next crisis.
Choose someone with more experience than being on a reality tv show, and selling crystals.
