If you have a house around Surulere, Gbagada, Iponri, please help me so I can rent directly. I honestly cannot afford all of these extortions from agents 🙏🤲
1. When something is not working well in the house, (i.e. generator or an appliance acting up).
2. When I need to undo my hair
3. When I need to zip a dress.
4. When I need to fasten a shoe, a necklace and other accessories stressing me just because I just had my nails done.
When the audience stops watching, the baseline shifts. Without a mirror reflecting the behavior back, the energy required to sustain the performance outweighs the return. True disruption doesn't come from pushing back against the noise; it comes from starving the spectacle of its visibility. When people stop watching and sharing, all these would stop.
If you're an old (or even new) money with house(s) around Ebute Meta, Surulere, Adeniji, please help me treat this sos with genuine and urgent empathy..
I need a good house but I sincerely cannot afford all these extortions in the name of agents fees.
Please help 🥹🙏

The UK Has Not Closed Its Doors. Look At Who Gets Through.
35,625. That is how many sponsored study visas the UK issued in the first three months of 2026. The lowest in five years. Down almost a third on last year. Sixty per cent below the 2023 peak.
Home Office immigration statistics, reported by Times Higher Education on 21 May, show this is the worst quarter since 2020. The government made no announcement. The data did the work.
Now look at where the refusals landed.
Nigeria: 21 per cent. Quadrupled. Pakistan: 39 per cent. Trebled. China: 1 per cent. United States: 1 per cent.
One per cent.
Some will point to compliance and fraud patterns by source country. That argument deserves to be named. The Home Office uses a risk-rating methodology built on historical non-compliance data. The problem is that a system which scores countries on past refusals and then refuses more applicants from those countries does not break the cycle. It deepens it. And it does not explain a quadrupling in one year across applicant pools of very different sizes.
The graduate visa, the post-study work route, has been cut from two years to 18 months. A price reduction on the product. Nothing more.
Master's visa grants fell 35 per cent year-on-year. 21,700 in Q1 2026. A six-year low.
What criteria produce a 1 per cent refusal rate for Americans and a 39 per cent rate for Pakistanis studying the same degree at the same university? Not in parliament. Not trending. Sitting inside a dataset released quietly with no press conference.
The data suggests the architecture is the policy. The distribution is the proof.
