How can you use flash loan as a dev you might wonder ?

Let me tell you what you can do so you can start working on it already:

1) Existing collateral swap, where is not required for you to have other assets to deposit while removing the other asset

2) For the devs doing arbitrage you might find it useful to have instant access to larger quantities for arbitrage rather than blocking your assets while waiting to find oportunities
