I've always believed it's important to say sorry even when you're not wrong.

It could be that you hurt someone unknowingly. You might not even be wrong in your actions or approach, but it shows you care and love them.

Both genders harbor resentment from past experiences, creating a cycle of hurt and self-protection.

However, clinging to fear and anger risks sacrificing genuine connections for self-preservation.

Most people say, but I have to look out for myself because no one will do it for me.

Being closed off is literally letting the people that hurt you win, because you are still letting them control your chance at happiness and love.

To be good you must go against your human instincts, the bible also says, "The 'heart of man' is desperately wicked, if I were you I wouldn't trust that 'heart' to guide me.
