2/2 @TMobile associates in the store & phone told us to go find a new carrier to buy us out instead of actually helping us. @sampson_debbi received multiple emails but has not tried to help us even once. Is this the kind of service #tmobile wants their customers to have?

@TMobile 1/2 I have to say I have never received such horrible service in my life. An agent messed up our account in DECEMBER and we are still trying to get it fixed. We have now waited over 2 weeks for a call from your district manager @sampson_debbi which we have never gotten
