@Wing2J As someone who has made their fare share of vegan recipes at this point. The biggest take away I can give is that you shouldn't expect them to be the same. They are different but many of them are sure delicious.

@ShonnOborowsky @nwetsch @RachelNotley Why would that matter? I had surgery twice in the last 2 years and saw 2 different specialists the only thing I paid for was parking. I stayed 2 nights in the hospital for one of them.
