Delhi Customs Prev. seized 2 containers of toys in ICD Piyala being illegally imported, declaring as “Clay, writing board, plastic brush, PVC flowers”. Import of Toys is not allowed without BIS registration & that too with rate of duty of 86% . The importer admitted the offence.
