Lessons learned:
1. Tip the driver in CA$H as I feel appropriate, after satisfactorily receiving product.
2. After all the steps necessary, reevaluate if @Petco is trustworthy business.🤔

When instructed to cancel the order altogether, they offered resubmit the order—on their end—without the tip. However, then my 20% off reward vanished.
