Is zoals je zei voor de overweging om te kopen, of heeft het te maken met plannen van ophalen, tijd vrij willen maken om te kunnen lezen....

maar een diepgaander gesprek met leners over
hun behoeften en verwachtingen ontbrak. 2/2 en dan ook de vraag wat als leners verkeerd geinformeerd worden over de levertijd (denk aan een brievenbuspakje)
