5 things 2024 taught/reminded me:
1. Prioritisation does not only help you focus, it helps in not draining your energy and motivation. Know what to not do.
2. Do well where you are and where you can. Your reputation will take care of the rest.

Was a pleasure to attend & participate in the @AnzaInt Investor Advisory Workshop for the @PesaTechAfrica cohort of fintech startups. I can’t express how much one learns when they try to teach.
I used to think all that young people needed to have successful businesses is capital and skills. I’m now realizing that the most critical thing is discipline. Without it the capital will be lost. Without it skills will be misused. Discipline breeds sacrifice and commitment.
