One of the wonderful things I truly appreciate about being a Digital Product Designer is the opportunity to iterate and improve as I go along. It's funny how I find myself doing the same thing in my other activities outside of work, too! 😄

Empathy is feeling with people- truly listening without diminishing their emotions or circumstances. It takes a lot for someone to be vulnerable and open up. Don’t leave them feeling worst than when they spoke up; leave them feeling glad that they did.
