@FootLockerEU Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, which my shoes are not. My rights have been breached as the item is faulty. You’ve also rejected a replacement/refund and are ignoring me. I require a response or I will escalate further

[Lib @theloblib]

Absolutely appalled by the customer service from @footlocker, first went to complain in store about faulty trainers over 2 weeks ago, got told to email customer service, and am now being ignored despite chasing 3 TIMES. £100 shoes, worn twice and now sitting in the box, is a joke

[Lib @theloblib]

So a month after I originally complained I finally got a reply, but to someone else’s complaint. Meanwhile, I’m still being ignored in my DM’s (where I was told to message). Incompetent isn’t even the word. Never shopping with @FootLockerEU again, hands down the WORST company.

[Lib @theloblib]

@FootLockerEU you might also want to check what your customer service team actually do considering it’s taken a month to get someone else reply, cheers.

@MichaelWarbur17 ‘Imagine putting on your glasses and being back in your homespace…’ or you could just go home.

[Lib @theloblib]

@FootLockerEU This has been 2 days and I’m yet to have a reply via DM or email. It’s been over 2 weeks and I’m STILL waiting for a reply.

[Lib @theloblib]

@FootLockerEU I’m DM’d you and am still yet to hear back?

tired of society’s sexualisation of women 🥱

wearing a bikini does not make you unprofessional + this rhetoric limits the credibility of women in workforces

[Lib @theloblib]

@England work have said that we can start 2 hours later on Mon if you win on Sunday so if you could pull all the stops out pls that would be great, thanks xo

I’ve just signed @WWF_UK petition calling on the UK Government to protect our vital seas. The more people who stand up and use their voice, the more the government will pay attention. Add your voice here: https://t.co/EcdgOse6dQ #OceanHero

This time last year I was lost in life coming out the first lockdown. Today, I shot my first collection of my fashion brand. 🥺😭 @squareappareluk
