I used to love Beehiiv too until they suspended our account for TOS violations. I was more than willing to fix things and stay compliant but they still rejected our appeal while allowing a similar company (much bigger than ours) to send daily emails with the same violations I got flagged for. For context, account was suspended on December 4th, 2024. I appealed again towards the end of January and was told to wait three months which is today since the original ban. Attached a screenshot for reference.

@BijanTehrani It’s now been 90 days since my Kick suspension. I was told to wait three months in my original email to the support team, and despite following that guidance, my appeal was rejected today.

The last violation wasn’t even my own action (it was someone else on my stream) and I’ve since committed to solo content to prevent future issues.

I’ve invested time and money into future streams, fully expecting to be unbanned today. My friends stream on Kick and my community is there too, I don’t want to stream anywhere else.

I know I’m not the biggest streamer on the platform but is there any chance you could please assist me in resolving this? 🙏
