@TalkinGiants Slayton had his opportunity last year to be that #2 guy and we brought back Hodgins because he couldn't do it.. Even Robinson beat him out to be the #1 last year once Nabers went down. No way Slayton is better than Mooney or even a 33 y/o OBJ. Slayton is back up with no ST upside

@BarryOnHere WTF is Dee Ford ffs 🤣 2 of your arguments are about what the other team didn't do to win 😂 Probably the worst argument against the GOAT ever posted lol, and I'm not even a fan of his.
@AlexWilsonESM Slayton proved last year without Nabers he wasn't the guy.. Hell we brought back Hodgins to be the other option to Robinson because Slayton wasn't it.
I highly expect the starting 2 WRs in our base 12 set will be Mooney and OBJ until Nabers is back.
@NFL_DovKleiman Is it coming out of college? Because clearly those 3 became NFL generational talents. I'm pretty sure Payton Manning was considered generational coming out of college though.
@TalkinGiants Slayton was WR3/4 on a team that lost Nabers.. There was times last year when Humphry and Hodgins were playing over Slayton. OBJ is 33, but Slayton is 28 and has never been at OBJs level.
@TalkinGiants OBJ stays healthy he is likely WR2 easy in this weak group.
Nabers>OBJ>Mooney>Schumaker>Slayton/Austin>Hodgins>Fields>rest
@NFLFrascella It's no worse than what he took over last year.. He'll be excited to have Nabers for more than half the year, let alone the better WRs in Mooney and OBJ.
@GiantsAreBack22@TalkinGiants 2019, 2021 OBJ had more production. OBJ didn't play in 2022, lost 2 games in 2023 while being second in receiving yards on a Ravens team with no 1000 yard recievers. Started 0 games on a Miami team with Hill, Waddle, and Junno Smith. Didn't play in 2025.
