@kiwicom247 I have just booked a flight Santiago - London tomorrow at 3pm. It's now 8pm and I've received an email saying I will receive my confirmation in 24 hours. My flight is in less that 24 hours, and if I don't make this flight I will need to book another one as I must travel tomorrow

On your website it says:
'Changes of your ticket are also allowed for travel before 31 March 2021 with the following exceptions: 30 April-2 May; 1 July-15 August; 9-12 October; 4-9 December; 19 December-10 January; and 24-31 March 2021.' But why not 1st May?
