At Luminare Group, our focus has always been to develop and launch new approaches and ideas. We've updated our website to reflect that and hope you stay in touch for the launch of our next big idea. ๐กhttps://t.co/0OgeYGgiE5
"Why does the beautifully compelling & powerful struggle for social change reside in a structure that is so incongruent with the very values social change aspires to pursue?"
Join us as @karinalehrner walks us through her edge of incongruence.

Happy Winter Solstice! I spent the day on one of my favorite hikes in Boulder reflecting on what nature has taught me:
โ๏ธ Be present
โ๏ธ Believe in your strength
โ๏ธ Trust your instincts
โ๏ธ The things that seem the most intimidating might be the most rewarding

In this month's Edges issue, @MarissaTirona from @gcirtweets shares an early 2020 experience where she entered the ICU after covid-19 pneumonia made its way to her lungs and blood stream.
"For the next 40 days, I existed at lifeโs edge."

Just a reminder that Robertโs Rules of Order were created in 1876 by US army officer Henry Martin Robert. He adapted them from even older congressional rules. If they work for your org, great. But keep in mind they can also be inequitable and leave lots of people behind.
