@machibigs@CoryBMorgan That’s the wrong approach IMO. Costs the government revenue for people “doing the right thing”. Easiest way to fix this is eliminate the TFW program and overhaul the LMIA program too.
@CoryBMorgan That remains to be seen and isn’t certain especially when you’re already starting with a relatively low per capita rate. I’m not against managed privatization but this government’s track record on healthcare has been abysmal. Look at the shitshow that was the Dynalife contract.
@CoryBMorgan@grok can you tell me what Doctors per capita rate is In Europe vs. Alberta? Assuming Alberta won’t have any public hours/month minimum for doctors (like Australia) what would be the impact to waiting times for people unable to pay for private care?
@RickBellwrites@calgaryherald “Horner points to the pressures of a population surge in Alberta without an economic boom but instead caused by people moving here because of housing costs elsewhere in Canada and immigration policies.”
What else Rick. WHAT ELSE?
@0xfyer@honestpollster They just say “okay” because they didn’t understand a word you said and their version of “doing it” is putting shit on a plate and pretending it’s pudding.
