Germany needed Anton Stach in that side is clear to see. We know he was injured month before but Farke had him rested last games for Leeds probably hoping he'd make the German squad.

@JeffStelling @talkSPORT German football at international level is turmoil and has been for years. Totally agree looking at the current situation there's very few players good enough in that team. Once a super power in world football Germany there status has gone.
