Episode 2 of the Podcast: “Mother Knows Best.” This is all about how my mom was able to convince me to seek help, but also how she encouraged me to Share My Story. It can be found wherever you get your podcasts.

Sat down with my former 1st team all-state @ConantHoops player Ryan Davis. He went on to star at @UVMmbb where he became the a 2-time conference POY. He courageously shares his mental health journey in this episode. Very proud of him. https://t.co/IpT1ZS2wqS
One of the guys I looked up to as a kid was Rob Fischer. He was drafted by the @Yankees and played Center Field for the @IlliniBaseball. Tragically he died by suicide last year. His brother came on the podcast and was spectacular. Give it a watch.

Congratulations to @stlbaseball1 and @STL_Athletics. No one works harder than Pete and Adam Lotus. What a great accomplishment. I knew it would happen at some point. @StLaurenceVikes are state champs.
@PaulsenDave@ChuckHare33@tylerboston0 I feel like this could be a great recruiting tool. The guys are comfortable enough to prank call their coach and the coach is able to joke around about it. It’s real and it’s funny
Episode 4: The Game Has Changed. It’s all about being willing to share your struggles. If you are able to do so, they are willing to listen. And if they are listening, they might learn. https://t.co/VAqP1LBRKA
Thank You to @bgreese of @SteveDahlShow for helping me create a podcast. I enjoy doing it because I’m able to speak in greater detail about what I touch on in my presentation. Here is the first Episode “The Stubborn Irishman.” https://t.co/VxfGR4vlor
I sometimes was embarrassed with how outgoing my mom was. She knew and talk to everyone including the guys that used to referee my games when I played. Here’s a funny story about that. These things that embarrassed me are what I miss the most.
An Alaskan Cruise? Nope. A tropical resort? Too Cliche. Disney with the Kids? Nah, I’m more of a Wisconsin Dells guy myself. The Maley Way will instead be headed to Glen Ellyn to speak on Wednesday, March 26th and Thursday, March 27th. @GWHilltoppers
Congrats to @BR_Hoops and Coach Stamas. Almost a 1/4 century later and Coach is going back downstate. Have to say, I was extremely impressed with how this team shares the ball when I watched them. Very fun to watch. Guys really seemed to understand and thrive in their roles.
Sports, especially baseball, are great teachers of mental toughness and next play mentality. As parents, teachers, and coaches, we need to build mental toughness while recognizing that mental illness is a whole different ballgame.
This clip from @BillSimmons documentary series is all my dad and needed to see to know that it deserves every award out there. Oscar, Emmy, maybe even a Grammy. @GoHolyCross turned me from a kid scared of his own shadow to a person that now speaks in front of large groups.
Students from the suburbs aren’t so different from those in rural Illinois. I learned that today at @UnitedCUSD304 in Monmouth. During a heavy part of my talk, I mentioned I’m 6’7”—cue the giggles. That moment of levity helped me push through, and I appreciated it.
