@TheAA_UK What on earth has happened to the AA been with them at least 20years ,think maybe it's time for a change. Sent us to an AA prestige garage,then get a call this morning saying it's not ,so what do we want to do? Surely it should be what are they going to do ?

Cannot believe the customer services we have just got from Boots!!
Ordered a hairdryer from Market Street Manchester ,paid for next day home delivery .
Received a message to say it was being delivered this morning .
Received a txt to say it had been delivered, not here.

@bootsuk Up or get a refund ,we replied can't get there as already explained we asked for.and paid for HOME delivery.
To be told those are our options pick up or refund from the branch asked to speak to a supervisor as he was rude and he puts the phone down.
