Grateful for my team, community partners, and of course our clients, which make our program possible.
And a special shout out to my family and friends who have supported me on my career journey. Wouldn’t have made it to this point without all your love💜

BREAKING: Kansas voters just defeated a ballot measure that would've given politicians in Kansas unlimited authority to restrict access to abortion care in the state.
People in Kansas came to the polls and made it clear: Abortion is a right that we will fight for.

Reminder to vote‼️
Today I voted for candidates I whole heartedly endorse and that includes @SpencerToder
Today I voted for bodily autonomy, equity, healthcare, and gun violence prevention because I want to live in a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
I'm just a few friends short of 11k! I use Twitter to listen to Missourians and to make their voices heard. If you're a Missourian, please RT so I can find more of us and follow back. If you're not a Missourian, you should RT too, b/c I will represent all of us in the Senate!
In non profit work you learn there are 2 kinds of people. There’s the talkers and there’s the doers. most politicians are the former. But @SpencerToder is a person of ACTION (see 🧵). He gets work done. that’s why he gets my vote & should get yours. MO needs him in the senate
But that wasn't all we accomplished. I've visited 10 cities in 4 days (off to Joplin to see @KristenRSheafer tomorrow), and I spoke at the Anti-Schmitt/Anti-Cruz rally...
@TRules1776 our 2 party system is trash but I vote for whoever brings us closer to the world I want myself and loved ones to live in so that’s why I vote blue. I am happy to have tough convos as long as certain lines are not crossed & appreciate that you have not crossed those lines today
@TRules1776 Are you a healthcare provider? If so, you are ethically obligated to recognize bodily autonomy is a human right. And if you can’t do that, you shouldn’t be in health care. I would be interested to learn what your credentials are.
@TRules1776 it’s traumatic for people who choose to get abortion d/t finances or lack of safety. Hence why we need to elect people who will fund programs that meet the community’s health and safety needs (healthcare, edu, housing, etc)
@TRules1776 It is traumatic to have something happen to you against your will. Including pregnancy & giving birth. Abortions being illegal is violence.
@TRules1776 Lastly, I noticed you mentioned mask mandates. Were you against masked mandates? If so, it’s hypocritical of YOU to support bodily autonomy in one instance but not another.
@TRules1776 If you are anti abortion, then don’t have an abortion. But you do not get to chose what happens to other peoples bodies. Bodily autonomy is a human right.
