@p_ferragu We've completed the loop of search. Using AI to solve your queries:
Ask ChatGPT -> The bot hallucinates -> Disagrees on the correct answer -> You make a google search to prove yourself right
Might as well skip to the 4th step directly.
@KobeissiLetter This is actually insane because if Ford is eliminating the EV version of their flagship vehicle, it just means that the demand for EVs as a whole was overstated.
It's also proven by the way Porsche and Ferrari have also turned around on EVs and focus on gas and hybrid now.
@mark_k Seeing as:
1/ How good AI mode has gotten, right into Google search and;
2/ ~40% of ChatGPT users use it as a search engine
I can already see Google search replacing a majority of the ChatGPT user base.
@fiscal_ai Makes sense. China is the second biggest luxury market in the world.
The number of rich, and middle class folks in the country are meant to reach 560 million by 2030, per L'Oreal CEO.
This number from $LULU should only go up in the coming years
BREAKING: Kevin Warsh odds to become Fed Chair skyrocket to 41%
He’s known for:
• Pushing for faster rate cuts
• Alignment with Trump admin
• Fed member during 2008 financial crisis
@joecarlsonshow $GOOGL $GOOG since it'll probably be the only AI stock that can show returns.
$NVDA too, since China will probably realize that H200 is just leagues ahead of whatever they can build
@MorningBrew ChatGPT has become a household name - which is a spectacular feat btw.
Add to that the front page marketing on app store and it makes sense.
What's fascinating though, is that Gemini is essentially also integrated in Google, Gmail, and Youtube.
$GOOG $GOOGL
I like how Google went from being the underdog in the AI race to becoming the giant.
You just can't underestimate having every imaginable advantage:
a/ Data
b/ Market knowledge for decades
c/ Vertical integration
d/ Virtually unlimited funds
$NVDA
Is it possible China saw through this facade?
Nvidia would obviously have to raise prices to absorb the 25% cost, which would mean China pays more.
Not only that, but China pays that 25% directly to the U.S. for the privilege of buying a GPU.
No wonder they're forcing companies to justify the H200 over local options
@unusual_whales I can think of 2 reasons:
1/ GLP-1 has actually revolutionized the country
2/ People just can't afford to eat out anymore
If it's the first one, bullish $NVO $LLY
If it's the second one, bullish $KR $SFM $ACI
@QualityInvest5 Adobe has several moats against but AI but I don't think AI reels is one of them
There's two majorities that couldn't care less about where their reels came from:
1/ Senior folks worldwide
2/ Several people from developing countries
Unfortunately, there is space for AI slop.
The Verdict If you work with your hands (Trades, Healthcare), 2026 looks bright.
If you work with a laptop, the "purge of the mediocre" is accelerating.
The 4.4% unemployment number is masking a structural rot in the American middle class. Stay lean.
The Job Market Fiasco
1/ The headline unemployment rate is 4.4%. It looks "fine."
But look closer, and you'll see a disaster in slow motion.
We are in the middle of a White-Collar Recession, and the data from October 2025 just confirmed the worst. Here is the breakdown of the "Job Market Fiasco." 🧵
The Great Rotation While "Professional & Business Services" hiring is dead in the water, where is the growth? Healthcare and Government.
We are swapping high-leverage private sector jobs for government-funded roles.
That is not a "robust" economy; that is a life-support economy.
