@zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal First order was for 860 after discount. Zomato delivery guy didn't deliver the order & the amout for same order was 890. 2nd time delivery person delivered the wrong order, now the refund issued is 830.

Is that's how zomato turned profitable? Sad

Overall, the customer had to bear the cost of 90 rupees, ~10% value of the order value. I guess each penny counts when your PAT is falling.

I booked a cab today morning & the amount showed 508, when I reached the destination, it changed to 740, no change or route or anything.

Now, I'm trying to register complaint in app, it is not showing the trip. WTF?
