2/3: Despite being shown official lists proving straighteners are permitted, the officer kept arguing.Only after intervention from fellow passengers did he agree. I was also forced to empty my entire bag instead of a simple rescan for a power bank. Completely unacceptable conduct

Shri V. Srinivas, Secretary, DARPG, led an insightful session on #CPGRAMS at the National Workshop on Effective Redressal of Public Grievances.

Addressing participants, he emphasized the workshop's objective of strengthening grievance redressal mechanisms and laying out a future roadmap to empower citizen-centric governance. He shared valuable insights on the newly issued policy guidelines for effective grievance handling and highlighted transformative initiatives undertaken by DARPG. He further requested GROs to make the best use of the GRAI index and feedback portal to understand policy loopholes, root causes and directly listen to the citizen feedback.
