A study of a masterpiece.
Framing "The Scarlet Rhythm Dress" through my lens. When fashion meets motion, it’s a living work of art—capturing the structure, the movement, and the soul.

While traditions like full prostration may evolve, the core principle remains: honoring elders for their knowledge.

In Yoruba culture, respect for elders, known as Ìbà Àgbà, is paramount. Elders are seen as custodians of wisdom, offering invaluable guidance to younger generations. This respect is ingrained in daily interactions.
This respect is shown through elaborate greetings with postures like kneeling for women (Ìkúnlẹ̀) or prostrating for men (Ìdò̩bálè̩). Speech is laced with respectful terms like Baba (father) or Ìyá (mother) for elders, even non-relatives.
Signed out today, And all I can say is God’s loyal love couldn’t have run out, his merciful love couldn’t have dried up. They’re created new every morning. How great your faithfulness! I’m sticking with God (I say it over and over). He’s all I’ve got left.
